The Fields Retreat and Learning Center is more than a place that we are creating. It is a story, rich in history and woven from the lives of those who offered profound hospitality on the Minnesota prairie and the land that sustained them. Our goal is to purchase a beautiful, historic home and farm less than an hour from the Minneapolis/St.Paul area and build a sanctuary for the transformation of soul and world.

Imagine a place that welcomes non-profit, service and faith-based communities in a rich, pastoral landscape - a place where individuals and groups, families and youth, students and educators can gather year after year and build a connection to the land. Ponder coming to the serene Canon River Valley to meditate, study, play, and practice your faith through a food and justice program that serves both local and global communities.
